The Building Information Centre (YEM), established in 1968, is an information centre that provides services to all users of building materials, including companies engaged in the production of goods, services, professionals, executives, architects, engineers and contractors.

The Centre forms a common platform between producers and users and is a unique media group, which organizes sector-based fairs, publishes technical journals and periodicals, provides professional information, and organizes technical trips, meetings and symposiums.

40 years of service in the industry

Founded in 1968, YEM (Building Information Centre) is currently celebrating 40 years of innovation in the industry. The Centre has been pivotal in building bridges between the producers and users of building materials, through fairs, publications and events.

Priding on being the company to establish the lines of communication in the construction sector, over the years YEM has launched numerous projects to organize the dissemination of information in the fields of architecture and construction.

Given its pioneering position as the leading information platform of Turkey’s construction sector, The Building Information Centre has been appointed a full member of the International Union of Building Centres (UICB) in the 1970s.
