YEM serves as a great communication platform by frequently organizing conferences and seminars to bring experienced architects, students and different segments in the design, architecture and construction industries to discuss various topics on related fields.

YEM Conferences

YEM hosts rising stars of the architecture and design world with the support of sector’s leading companies. In the scope of YEM conferences, YEM had hosted many designers, architects, planners and engineers such as; Jan Kaplicky, Ken Yeang, SANAA, Kengo Kuma, Shigeru Ban, Stefan Behnish, Julien De Smedt, Sou Fujimoto, Charles Jencks, Jurgen H. Mayer, Michel Rojkind and Hanif Kara in its multi-function use of the centre. YEM provides a traditional meeting platform for architecture and building sectors where over 500 participantants watch each conference.

EKODesign Conference

EKODesign Conference which is organized by YEM annually, brings together expert international speakers, urban planning, architecture, design, building materials and real estate sectors with related civil society associations and local – international leaders of the public/local authorities.

Focusing on “ecological requirements in building environment” , EKODesign Conference pioneers with its extensive content in the sector as being the most important meeting to be followed by an increasing interest each year.
